KID FIT (ages 7 - 11)
is a program that simply teaches children how to enjoy physical activity.
Through creative and fun activities, tailored to each individual child's capabilities, a foundation for athleticism is created.
Children are taught to listen, learn and most of all encoraged to have fun while learning.
This program not only keeps children active, it teaches self confidence and discipline which carries over into the classroom, home and life.
TWEEN FIT (ages 12 - 14)
Continues to engage tween in physical activity with an emphasis on technique.
This programs is geared towards getting tweens prepared for sports specific performance by progresing their growing body through phases of fitness and weight management all while having fun.
TOP FIT (ages 15 - 17)
Strength training and conditioning are the main focus of this program. Teens are trained in developing explosiveness and conditioning drills which increase stamina, muscle and joint strength and help maintain healthy body weight. To decrease athletic injuries, torso stabilization and flexibility training are also taught.
Acrobatics and Basic Floor gymnastics
Learn the beginning, intermediate and advance steps to be a great acrobat. Acrobatics and floor gymnastics skills will help anyone get more flexible, stronger and agile while learning the amazing art of acrobatics and gymnastics
